Nothing to see here, folks. Or at least, that's what Camila Cabello wants you to think. The former Fifth Harmony member was very evasive when asked about her reasons for leaving the group in a recent interview with Rolling Stone.

"I don't like to ruin the dream," she told the publication. "They believed in something that's beautiful," Cabello said about 5H fans before comparing her former group to its all-male counterpart, One Direction. "Nobody really saw behind the scenes," she explained. "You just see the dream."

Though still refusing to explain exactly why, Cabello left the group in 2016 and has gone on to have a successful solo career, releasing a hit single in "Havana" and gearing up to release her debut solo album, Camila, on January 12.

Fifth Harmony first made its debut back in 2012. Assembled by judges including Simon Cowell on the now defunct U.S. version of The X Factor, the all-girl group has had its fair share of successes and continues to perform and make music as a foursome after Cabello's departure. (Although let's be real, what is Fifth Harmony without five members?)
