Camila Cabello and Shawn Mendes still know what you did last summer.

After performing the track on The Late Late Show With James Corden last November and live at the People's Choice Awards last month, the two teen titans teamed up once again — this time on the stage on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.

The two only continue to look more and more comfortable belting out the tune together each time, and that on-stage chemistry is undeniable. Duets album, possibly maybe?

Cabello recently opened up about the collaboration in Seventeen, insisting the song isn't a calculated solo "career move."

“It’s been very difficult to watch people criticize me and my intentions. It’s been sh–ty. They turned me [doing the song] into a conspiracy theory. We literally just wrote a song backstage, and it ended up becoming something awesome. It wasn’t a career move that I carefully planned out," she said.

Watch the duo perform their Top 20 Billboard Hot 100 hit up top.
