Remember when Rihanna had a bunch of journalists on a 777 jet and then pretty much didn't interact with them for six of seven days of the journey across the globe? Though she didn't acknowledge the incidents in the teaser, Rihanna finally addresses the controversy in a new trailer for her '777 Tour' documentary.
The antics continued on Day 6 of the 777 Tour, as journalists were deprived of sleep and (still) any appearance or word of Rihanna since Mexico City. Shortly after the London gig shown above (more on that later), one journalist started posting 'Missing' flyers around the plane, which included a cheeky description ("Rihanna was last seen November 14 on a Boeing 777 giving champagne around. She has not been seen or hear from since. She sports numerous tattoos.") and listed her height in metrics.
Since our job is to report on the day-to-day excursions of Rihanna's 777 Tour, we should be focusing on her stellar performances, such as the one in Berlin. After all, she was sexified and sweaty -- wearing a mesh tank (which displayed her affection for cannabis) and an over-sized men's suit shirt, but not much else. "It is so hot in here," she exclaimed after performing 'S&M.' "How you say hot in German -- 'heiß'"? she says, pronouncing it like "ice." She pauses. "Isn't that a coincidence?"
Today felt like the first normal day on Rihanna's 777 World Tour -- meaning we slept in a hotel bed for the first time and got to eat a full Swedish breakfast stocked with homemade loafs. The travel day was unnecessarily long, however, for just traveling from Stockholm to Paris; but it did give us the opportunity to interview members of Rihanna's band, specifically bassist and musical director Adam Blackstone as well as DJ Reflex and Congorock.
Guess what Rihanna did while on her 777 tour? She went topless. We know, you are completely and totally shocked by the fact that RiRi showed off Mary Kate and Ashley, right? It's not like she didn't just cover Billboard in only a bra or wear little more than a cropper leather jacket and her hands on GQ. Well, those shots were posed. These are images that found their way on Instagram and show RiRi horsing around with her girls. No, not those girls. Her girlfriends.
