Last night (April 15), the 2013 MTV Movie Awards were held to celebrate some of the biggest and brightest stars and films, and while it's a place mostly reserved for actors, there were some singers (and actresses-turned-singers) spread throughout the mix of celebs who hit the red carpet in Culver City, Calif.
The 2013 MTV Movie Awards took place tonight (April 14), with plenty of pop stars on hand to party and bro down with the actors and actresses who were celebrated at the event. Selena Gomez was golden and utterly gorgeous in a mini dress, tossing her hair into a sexy, messy fishtail braid, while the always unpredictable Kesha channeled her inner goth hippie. Check out the red carpet fashions, which were much more dialed down than your typical awards show, like the VMAs or the Grammys, since this was a casual, cool and fun night, and not nearly as formal.
Macklemore and Ryan Lewis are going to take a break from popping tags (seriously) to perform at the 2013 MTV Movie Awards, which air Sunday, April 14 at 9PM ET.
Woo hoo! Selena Gomez will perform her newest song 'Come & Get It,' at the MTV Movie Awards! The pop star will debut her single ahead of the April 14 award show, but this will likely be her first time performing the tune live! We could be watching history!

The 2012 MTV Movie Awards might be all about film stars, but there are always a few singers/crossover entertainers who make their way to the red carpet every summer for the event. Singers like Victoria Justice, Kat Graham, Ciara and Janelle Monae all hit the red carpet at the 2012 MTV Movie Awards (along with rapper Wiz Khalifa and party rockers LMFAO), and we want to know: Who do you think was the best dressed out of these four ladies?
If there was ever someone perfect to introduce a party-loving Wiz Khalifa performance, it's Charlie Sheen. At tonight's (June 3) 2012 MTV Movie Awards, the Tiger Blood enthusiast, whose substances seem to make him rage go nuts -- the opposite of laidback Wiz -- brought up the ganja fan to much fanfare. It was an interesting and clearly deliberate juxtaposition, and Sheen's presence set the tone for the performance's hard-partying theme.
Fun. opened the MTV Movie Awards in a big way. The New York band performed their massive hit 'We Are Young,' a song so ubiquitous that frontman Nate Ruess' voice was at times drowned out by the singing crowd.
