Cee Lo Green has delivered some crazy performances during his career, but he may have topped them all with a gravity-defying gig on tonight's Billboard Music Awards.

The eclectic singer was introduced by Kelly Rowland and Trey Songz, who also announced that Cee Lo was the winner of Billboard's Viral Innovator award.

Seated at a glittery piano and wearing an equally shiny futuristic suit, Cee Lo started off his medley with his Gnarls Barkley hit 'Crazy.' He and his piano began to rise up as he launched into his solo number 'Bright Lights Bigger City.'

But then, something amazing happened. Cee Lo and the piano did a complete 360-degree vertical flip in mid air, at one point leaving him and the instrument completely upside down!

When he returned to his original position, he finished off the medley with his mega-hit 'Forget You.' He was then presented with the Viral Innovator trophy by Rowland and Songz.
