This report comes just a few weeks after she listed her mansion that she used to own (but never lived in?) with her ex-hubby. Out with the old and in with the new!

Anyways, this smokin' hot singer purchased three adjoining plots of land in Beverly Hills, one of which is the location for this super cool and spacious pad. It was actually constructed by E Street Band drummer Max Weinberg, and looks like the perfect palace for the born and bred Cali girl. She can host pool parties with friends like Shannon Woodward, but the property also offers a sense of peace, so she can easily get into songwriting mode.
