We think this '70s-style, wood-paneled house really suits the singer who purchased it quite nicely. He's a cool bachelor who needs a cool pad to match, so this type of hip yet vintage exterior is perfect for him. 

The indie-pop frontman in question, who originally hails from Ohio, actually purchased this Los Angeles home from a 'General Hospital' actor. And even though he's only had one big hit (although his band's entire debut album is a great listen) to date, he was able to dish out the $2 million for his new digs without issue. At not even 30 years old, we bet he was pretty pumped!
