That puppy you saw before belongs to Miley Cyrus! His name is Happy and he is just one of the many dogs Miley cares for.

She's a good mom to her beloved canines, and while she trains the puppies, it's good training for her too, since she's now engaged to her boyfriend Liam Hemsworth and will probably start a family in the future.

You can't really compare caring for a dog to caring for a child, but it's clear that Miley has a motherly instinct as she continues to rescue dogs and shower them with love.
