It’s Joe Jonas’ Pet Bulldog, Winston!

That bulldog you saw before belongs to 'See No More' singer Joe Jonas! The dog's name is Winston after famous British Prime Minister Winston Churchill, and we think he's just the cutest -- of course, the fact that Joe is constantly dressing him up in ridiculous getups also helps his "awww" factor.
