Ms. Cyrus (soon to be Mrs. Hemsworth, apparently) is amassing quite the collection of tattoos! This anatomical heart was inked by Kat Von D and was inspired by Leonardo da Vinci's drawings of the human ticker.

Miley is becoming quite the client of Ms. Von D's, seeing as the famed tattoo artist also is responsible for the arrow ink that is a Native American symbol for friendship. Cyrus makes sure to go for meaning when she adds ink to her body!
