Celine Dion was overcome with emotion when talking about caring for her husband, Rene Angelil, who is battling throat cancer.

During an interview with ABC News' Deborah Roberts, Dion revealed that she has to feed her husband as he can only be fed by a feeding tube due to his particular type of cancer. She was stricken with emotion as she said, "The fans, they know that I'm an open book. I sing. That's the only thing I know. He can't use his mouth, he can't eat, so I feed him. He's got a feeding tube and I have to feed him three times a day. I do this myself. I feed my husband and I feed my kids."

Dion and Angelil married in 1994 and have since had three sons together. While their family is clearly going through a lot, Dion remained positive, saying, "We are taking life one day at a time. [But] we are choosing to live."

Dion took time off from her Las Vegas residency early last year in order to care for Angelil and focus on his health. She decided to postpone her commitments at the time, with no definite answer as to when she would return, but it looks like she will be back to Vegas at some point in August later this year.

You can watch the full interview when it airs tomorrow (March 25) on Good Morning America at 7AM ET.
