We're confused about how anybody raises a kid in the Big Apple, but it seems most difficult for celebrities. Where do their kids go to, you know, be kids? Jay-Z is known to frequent SoHo, but somehow we just don't see a kid having a great time at Prada. Wonder if Hov has been back to Brooklyn lately. It's lovely this time of year.
