Filipina singer/former 'Glee' star Charice and Mexican-American songstress Jasmine Villegas are pairing up for a huge collaboration. The duo are currently recording the track 'One Voice' together, and Black Eyed Peas members Taboo and apl.de.ap are producing the song!

On top of this huge news, all of the proceeds from the song will go towards Gawad Kalinga, which is a charity based in the Philippines. Gawad Kalinga's goal is to end poverty and build sustainable communities in the Southeast Asian country.

Speaking to HollywoodLife, BEP member Taboo shared some inside information about recording the track. "We're in the finishing stages right now," he says. " Charice was just in here, and she's got an amazing voice. She's just a mega power house when it comes to her singing capabilities."

Taboo continued to talk about 'One Voice,' which was written by Jeremy Monongdo (AKA Passion), and how it is a far-reaching effort considering it will benefit the charity and sees the fusion of two singers from very different countries. "It shows Mexico and the Philippines coming together for one voice, and one cause," Taboo remarks.
