Newcomer Charlotte Leigh bursts onto the music scene with her new single ‘Not Another Love Song.’ An upbeat, power-pop dance song about a relationship gone wrong — because aren’t the best songs usually about lost love? — ’Not Another Love Song’ proves to be as much fun as a standalone track as its companion music video.

The video shows a nostalgic look back at a relationship that didn’t work out, and with Charlotte’s powerful vocals taking front and center we can’t help but root for her when she sings: "I'm too young / To be sprung / This is so dumb." We're with you, Charlotte! Check out the video above!

Describing her music as "mainstream pop, dance music with a country swag," the Little Rock, Ark., native began singing in local talent shows at the young age of 11, going on to perform the National Anthem at local football and basketball games. Adding to her already impressive repertoire is a middle school performance with country artist Kellie Pickler.

She has since recorded with producers such as Christian Davis, Jean Redwine and Rob A, and -- at the age of 17 -- Charlotte is itching to show the music world what she can do. Fans can download her EP on iTunes here.
