Even though Chris Brown just released his 'F.A.M.E.' LP in March 2011, he is already getting ready to gift fans with a new album in 2012. His album 'Fortune' is rumored to drop some time in March 2012, and some details on the project and a couple of album tracks have already been circulating about the Interwebs.

For his 2012 album 'Fortune,' Chris Brown teamed up with David Banner and Kevin McCall for production assists. McCall had nothing but positive things to say about 'Fortune,' telling Rap-Up back in Sept. 2011, "The album’s done and it’s great. I like it better than 'F.A.M.E.' personally." When asked about the album, Banner, who is also producing some tracks on 'Fortune,' said that the new Chris Brown album will contain plenty of club-friendly tracks and will "change the way people look at R&B."

Banner said, "All I gotta say is, Chris Brown has grown up," when asked about the sound of the album by Neon Limelight. "When I tell you, you know how they don't play that much R&B in the club no more? The song that me and Chris made, they are going to play it like they used to play Jodeci. Like they used to play Keith Sweat," Banner said [via Neon Limelight]. "The song that me and Chris made is so jamming. Put it like this: The song that David Banner and Chris Brown have on this album... Whoooooooooooooooooooo! That's all I have to say."

So far, Breezy has dropped the lead single 'Strip,' which also features in-studio collaborator Kevin McCall. The 'Strip' video has also impacted, with the 22-year-old singer and McCall frolicking in the snowy mountains with some bikini-clab beauties. Brown tweeted about another song that he was planning on releasing, entitled 'Biggest Fan.' The singer wrote, "I’m also really excited about the release of my single titled "BIGGEST FAN" produced by the RUNNERS!" However, Breezy's loyal listeners are still awaiting the arrival of the track.

One rumored album track that might be included on 'Fortune' is Breezy's collabo with Asher Roth, titled '2 Complicated' (although this track name hasn't been confirmed).' The tracks 'Fools With You,' 'Open Road (I Love Her),' 'Mona Lisa' (featuring Kevin McCall) and 'Treading Waters' seem to be safe bets for the 'Fortune' track list, as well. Brown actually confirmed 'Fools With You' and 'Treading Waters' as album tracks, writing the following tweet after the song 'Fools With You' leaked to the Web:

"Another song from Fortune was leaked! I'm not leaking the records! Bummer! Hope y'all like it!" After 'Open Road (I Love Her)' also leaked back in July 2011, Brown tweeted, "If the whole song doesn’t leak then it’s going on Fortune! I have so many songs that I’ve recorded in my opinion that are siiiccccckkkk! I just really hope people appreciate the diversity on Fortune!" The diversity Chris Brown is referring to might be the dubstep influence he incorporated into some of his songs. He tweeted, "Dub step records on my album sounding crazy!!!!"

So, are all of you Team Breezy members ready for some new tracks? Stay tuned with PopCrush for more details on the new Chris Brown album 'Fortune,' which is slated for release some time in March 2012 (this date is subject to change, however).
