The fallout from the Chris Brown and Drake brawl back in June of 2012 is, seemingly, never-ending. The lawsuits stemming from this scuffle could singlehandedly fund a law firm on their own.

This time Breezy's bodyguard, Pat Sutherland, is the latest to sue following the club melee -- and, according to The Daily News, he's got his sights set on Drizzy and the nightclub W.i.P.

Sutherland, who is suing for an undisclosed amount, says he received "severe and disfiguring injuries to his face, head and eyes," as a result of the fight, which is clearly evidenced by the nasty gash he has across his forehead.

The big burly Sutherland seems to be using his lawsuit as a means to a personal attack on Drake calling the rapper, "a popular and successful, albeit critically derided, entertainer." Ha! You mean to say the guy who pays your salary, Chris Brown, isn't in the crosshairs of critics all over the world, even though he's had a very successful music career? The saying, "If you live in a glass house, you shouldn't throw stones," is coming to mind here.

The bodyguard apparently didn't really care for the nightclub's feng shui either saying the seating arrangements posed, "a substantial and unjustifiable risk that a mass altercation would occur between the two camps." Okay, or said camps could have acted like grown ups and, ya know, not thrown bottles at each other?
