Chris Brown was killing it on his own during his performance of his single ‘Loyal’ at the 2014 BET Awards, but it was brought to another level when former Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker joined him on stage.

Lil Wayne was the first to take the stage to introduce the 25-year-old singer, spitting a quick rhyme before handing the spotlight over to the ‘X’ star. Chris made his entrance in a red hat and a very long red flannel shirt that looked awfully similar to the one seen on Lil Wayne in his own performance moments before.

Backup dancers dressed in denim and flannel broke it down with Chris taking the forefront, performing his own impressive choreo. The dancers bounced from the stage to make room for a surprise appearance by drummer Travis Barker, who finished out the song with a powerful drumbeat fronted by Chris’ dancing.

Tonight must be the night of comebacks (Missy Elliott also made a surprise appearance during Pharrell's set), and Chris couldn't have picked a better comeback partner. He and Travis owned it!
