During 'The Voice' blind auditions, good-looking Atlanta resident Chris Cauley, 27, sang a blue-eyed soul version of Bruno Mars' hit 'Grenade.' Cauley admitted in his pre-performance interview that he used to perform with his grandmother, who had a bit of a country vibe going on. We half-expected Cauley to turn in a country performance, but he was all R&B and soul -- not to mention thoroughly impressive.

Cauley played with a variety of R&B and falsetto tones and ranges during the entirety of his performance, which caused both Cee Lo Green and Adam Levine to turn their big red space chairs (as we like to call 'em) around. He was butter-smooth and consistent all the way through, and his voice was most similar to that of Levine. Cauley was able to make his way through an entire song, which most contestants don't. He clearly knows his way around a tune.

Cauley joked that he wanted to see Cee Lo and Levine arm wrestle to win him on their team, since both gentlemen were vying for him. However, he eventually chose Levine, which made all sorts of sense, because they both have similar timbres and styles.
