Chrissy Teigen has returned to the medium that originally made the model, TV personality and Cravings cookbook author famous: The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue. Her new photo shoot is, of course, her first for the magazine since the birth of Luna, her daughter with husband John Legend, in April of 2016.

In a new behind-the-scenes video from SI from the "Making of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit 2017," premiering on DirectTV Now in mid-February, Teigen opened up about swimsuit modeling with her post-baby body (it may not shock you to see that she looks perfect).

"It's been awhile since I've done anything swimsuit. I haven't shot since baby," Teigen told Sports Illustrated from the set of her James Macari photo shoot on an island near Bali. "But of course you know that MJ [Day, SI's Swimsuit Issue editor] and everyone at Sports Illustrated in general is going to embrace your body no matter what's happening and embrace the changes."

"I told her she has to have a baby every year, because I've never seen her look so good, and move so great, and take such amazing pictures," editor MJ Day says in the video.

Just months after giving birth, @chrissyteigen got BACK in a bikini for SI Swimsuit...

As evident in the clip, Chrissy rocks a string bikini for the upcoming issue, which some women would consider a brave feat regardless of whether or not they'd given birth less than a year ago.

"She showed up telling me she would only shoot one pieces, and if I could throw a blanket over the top of her, that would be great," Day joked. "And by the end of it...I think she was wearing nothing."

That's surely great news for both all-around fans of Teigen and those who like a glossy, socially-accepted bit of wank material for their coffee table and/or bathroom. Get a fairly NSFW preview of Teigen's upcoming Sports Illustrated spread — in which she says she "forgot how stupidly painful it is to just like, pop your ass all day" — below.
