An annual performer at the Ultra Music Festival in Miami, Benny Benassi was scoring hits like 2002's Gold-certified 'Satisfaction' long before anybody was using the genre term "EDM."

In addition to his pulse-pounding live concerts, Benassi is also well-known for his remixes and production work. He has co-produced tracks like Madonna's 'Girl Gone Wild' and Chris Brown's 'Beautiful People' and remixed artists like Outkast, Moby, Kid Cudi and Florence + the Machine.

Now considered one of the fathers of today's EDM scene, the Italian hitmaker performs around the world, but Coachella is one of his favorite places to take the stage. "I guess every festival has its own special vibe. If you play at Red Rock in Colorado or Coachella, the natural setting is breathtaking," he said.
