Cee Lo Green must have been a fan of the old 'Flash Gordon' serial movies, because his gold costume is totally out of this world.
At the 2010 Soul Train Awards, Cee Lo Green decided to walk onstage as Emperor Ming the Merciless from the 'Flash Gordon' series. He certainly fits the part with his smooth bald head.
We can only assume he wanted possess the audience with his soulful voice and spacey outfit. Mission accomplished.
