James “The Rappin’ Assassin" Corden and David “MC Who’s TV Royalty” Schwimmer faced off in a rap battle called "Drop The Mic" on last night’s (May 26) episode of the Late Late Show, taking cheap verbal shots at each other in an effort to come out on top in a PG-rated war of words.

Corden's insults include a hefty amount of jabs at Schwimmer’s waning popularity (Friends did end over a decade ago, after all), such as: “Millennials, let me introduce you to this guy / His name is David, he was famous in ’95” and “Now you got the chance to prove you got balls / While I ignore you like Jennifer Aniston does your calls.”

Schwimmer, meanwhile, hits back against Corden’s appearance, film work and his British roots: “A Brit in America’s your one claim to fame / We all know as an actor your roles are all the same / The heavy best friend, the humorous sidekick / With a belly so big you can’t find your own d—k.

Corden then responds with a few more Friends-related digs and a mention of Schwimmer’s role as a talking giraffe in the animated movie Madagascar.

But neither of them has the last word: Rebel Wilson makes a surprise appearance onstage, opening with what we we're all thinking: “Alright, stop, enough of this clapping / Why the hell do you wanna hear two white men rapping?"
