We can think of a lot of sexy things. Adam Levine doing a whole bunch of sweaty crunches. Harry Styles prancing around shirtless. But we can think of nothing sexier than a white bikini. Believe us, we've tried. This white and sparkly two piece showcases all of Demi's best features.

Demi has famously struggled with body issues in the past, so we applaud the former Disney star for having the courage to share this bikini picture on her Twitter, essentially baring it all. She wrote in Seventeen magazine that she will continue to struggle with body image issues for the rest of her life, so posting this picture was probably not an easy task.

Let's all give it up for Demi! That body is a product of lots of hard work on her part!
