Demi Lovato just announced her first pair of live performances scheduled for September 2011. Lovato was excited to share the big news with her fans, as this will be the first time she is performing in concert since October 2010, when she toured with the Jonas Brothers as a special guest before dropping off the radar to enter a rehab facility for personal problems.

The 'Skyscraper' singer, who recently performed onstage for the first time in months at the Do Something awards, announced the shows on her Twitter account. She wrote, "SO EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE ... MY FIRST TWO CONCERTS!!! I'll be performing at The Hammerstein Ballroom on 9/17 and at Club Nokia on 9/23! Can't wait to see you there!!!! : D."

The show on Sept. 17 will occur in New York City, and then Lovato will trek 3,000 miles across to country to perform in Los Angeles at Club Nokia, giving fans on both coasts the opportunity to see her live.

On top of these concerts, Lovato also revealed her album art for her upcoming LP 'Unbroken,' which is slated for release on Sept. 20. Next month is going to be a big one for the 19-year-old, and we couldn't be happier for her!
