There's no such thing as a "sure thing" in the PopCrush Top 10 Video Countdown. Just ask this week's newest contenders!

Demi Lovato, Eminem and Kesha all entered the Top 10 in their first week of voting! Demi's 'Neon Lights' scored the No. 3 spot, while Em's Rihanna collabo, 'The Monster' claimed the No. 7 slot and Kesha's 'Dirty Love' came in at No. 8.

It's a good week to be Backstreet Boys, who held onto the top spot with 'Show 'Em.' Other chart regulars include Katy Perry and Britney Spears.
