It's time for a new round of Throwback Thursday, and we've got two of the hottest R&B girl groups to ever hit the mainstream scene pitted against one another. This week, fans can vote on either Destiny's Child massive hit 'Say My Name,' or the timeless classic 'Waterfalls' by TLC.

On 'Say My Name,' produced by famed hit maker Rodney "Darkchild" Jerkins, Beyonce, Kelly Rowland, Michelle Williams and former DC member Farrah Franklin harmonize suspicions that their men are two-timing them. But these ladies will not be played for fools, as they call their boos out by singing, "I know you say that I am assuming things / Something's going down that's the way it seems / Shouldn't be the reason why you're acting strange / If nobody's holding you back from me."

Meanwhile, on 'Waterfalls,' the ladies of TLC are far less concerned with romantic issues, as T-Boz soulfully wails about a neighborhood kid who turns to gang banging. On the chorus, the trio of R&B icons try to shed some wisdom on said kid: "Don't go chasing waterfalls / Please stick to the rivers and lakes that you're used to / I know that you're gonna have it your way or nothing at all / But I think you're moving too fast." Fun fact: Cee Lo Green also sings backing vocals with T-Boz, Chilli and Left Eye.

So, which R&B jam did you love then and find yourself still jamming to now? Vote for either Destiny's Child 'Say My Name' or TLC's 'Waterfalls' below! You can vote once per hour until the poll closes on April 10 at 11:59 PM ET.

Rules of Throwback Thursdays: The artist and song with the most votes wins, and the winner goes on to face a different Throwback Thursday challenger the following week. If an artist wins four weeks in a row, they will be retired into the Throwback Thursdays Hall of Fame in order to give others a chance to compete.
