James Cameron’s Avatar was a visually spellbinding (if just-okay in every other way) movie, but Disney’s Pandora — World of Avatar attraction looks like a completely immersive experience that aims to dazzle visitors regardless of their enthusiasm for the source material. Fellow Disney property Good Morning America provided a fresh World of Avatar sneak peek today (March 9), and got to take a ride on its most anticipated attraction: Flight of Passage, the virtual reality experience that lets you feel the rush of riding a flying banshee.

“This is the first time I feel like I’m walking in the movie,” Avatar producer Jon Landau, who devised the park in conjunction with Cameron and Disney, said as he gave GMA a tour. Landau pointed out the the $237 million-budget movie was a “virtual world” made mostly of CGI.

Fans of the film — and of walking around in exceedingly well-thought-out and elaborately constructed fantasy environments — will also see the Valley of Mo’ara come to life and, as the park’s site touts, “float along through the sacred bioluminescent rainforest in search of the Na’vi Shaman of Songs.” Glowy!

Cameron also walked Whoopi Goldberg through the Avatar experience for a special episode of The View filmed on location.

Pandora — World of Avatar opens in Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park on May 27, 2017.

Additionally, watch James Cameron describe the process of building the world (and meet an animatronic Pandora resident…is that supposed to be Neytiri?) in video from February:
