While DJ Khaled’s career might have suffered a minor -- and very short -- setback a few weeks ago when his tour bus exploded, the Miami based DJ and producer wastes no time in getting back to what’s important -- releasing his special effects video for the already popular hit ‘Take It to the Head.’

Featuring Chris Brown, Rick Ross, Nicki Minaj and Lil Wayne, the chart-climbing single will certainly find its rightful place at No. 1 following the release of this video.

While we were blessed to be given a behind the scenes peak a few weeks ago, we had no idea just how good the video would be. Already a hit track, the video proves to stand on it’s own as being incredibly well done and all-around entertaining.

The big-budgeted video was shot in a destruction-filled Los Angeles subway tunnel by Khaled’s cameraman Daze and directed by Colin Tilley. We’re not sure what’s cooler, seeing Chris Brown in a worn out, beaten up cage surrounded by a flood, watching Nicki Minaj rap on the floor next to burning barrels and garbage cans, or seeing the special effects used during Lil Wayne's rapping segment.

The song features the absolute biggest names in the hip-hop community today, and the video leaves no one out, actually adding a few more for show. It presents in full capacity the superstar likes of Drake, Busta Rhymes and Birdman, all of whom make cameo appearances.

With friends like these, it’s obvious DJ Khaled is fully prepared to release a mega hit record very soon. ‘Take It to the Head’ is off of his new album ‘Kiss the Ring,’ coming this summer.
