'Django Unchained' actress Daniele Watts made headlines this weekend after she claimed that police had hurt and harassed her after she made out with her boyfriend in a parked car. However, eyewitnesses are allegedly now claiming that Watts and her boyfriend, chef Brian Lucas, were actually having sex in the car -- with the door wide open.

Watts took to Facebook on Thursday, Sept. 11, to write a lengthy post about the incident, writing: "Today I was handcuffed and detained by 2 police officers from the Studio City Police Department after refusing to agree that I had done something wrong by showing affection, fully clothed, in a public place."

Watts, who is black, claims that she and Lucas, who is white, were just making out in the car when an officer showed up and demanded to see her ID, which she refused to show him, claiming she did nothing wrong and that the cops have been called before "just because [she] is black." In audio footage obtained by TMZ, the officer explains that he was called to the scene because there were lewd acts happening in the car. According to Fox News, Lucas claimed that the officer mistook the actress for a prostitute "because he was asking me questions like, 'Who is she? How do you know her? Are you together?'" (Lucas later Instagrammed the above photo.)

Eyewitnesses have reportedly told TMZ that the two were actually engaging in sex in the passenger seat with the "door wide open." TMZ reports that "the eyewitnesses said the guy was sitting in the seat, she was straddling him and it was for everyone to see. One eyewitness told cops they cleaned themselves up afterward with a tissue."

Fox reports that the two were detained by police but were later let go after cops determined that they did not commit any crime.
