Despite having only been released from prison after serving a seven-month sentence on July 19, law breaking rapper DMX has been arrested … Again. TMZ reports that he was pulled over in Arizona on Wednesday night when he was clocked at driving 102 mph in a 65 mph zone on a major freeway. Yikes! He was driving a Chrysler 300 nearly double the legal limit.

As if that weren't a big enough offense, the rapper, born Earl Simmons, was also driving on a suspended license. When all was said and done, X was booked for speeding, reckless driving and having a suspended license. He was released on bond.

This is the 10 time the rapper, 40, has been arrested in Maricopa County. He was been arrested six times in the past three years alone.

X walked out of jail on July 19 after serving seven months for violating his probation. He wasn't exactly engaging in boy scout behavior while behind bards, either. He was slapped with six citations while incarcerated. Clearly, the rapper, who enjoyed his biggest success in the early '00s, is having a hard time obeying the law. We hope he is able to sort himself out sooner than later.
