After striking ratings gold with its Dr. Drew-led lineup of 'Rehab' series -- including 'Celebrity Rehab' and 'Sex Rehab' -- VH1 is adding 'Relationship Rehab' to the list (via TMZ). Who will be the first patients to check in on the series, you ask? None other than oft-incarcerated rapper DMX and his estranged wife Tashera Simmons.

DMX, whose real name is Earl Simmons, met Tashera in 1990, and they spent 20 turbulent years together before separating in 2010. Along the way, they stuck it out for an 11-year marriage, four children, and a long list of legal troubles, including multiple arrests and convictions -- not to mention a series of infidelities that have reportedly led to DMX fathering no fewer than six illegitimate children.

Though they've been apart for over a year, X and Tashera remain committed to working out their problems, so they'll go before the cameras when 'Relationship Rehab' starts filming in December. According to an anonymous TMZ source, the couple still remains "best friends," which should come in handy when they start airing their dirty laundry for a weekly audience. The network has yet to announce a start date for the series.

In the meantime, DMX remains hard at work on his upcoming seventh studio album, currently titled 'Redemption of the Beast.' Though it still doesn't have an official release date, he's aiming to get it in stores in early 2012, and has already released a single, titled 'Last Hope.'
