Does Liam Payne Look Better With Shorter or Longer Hair? – Readers Poll

As one fifth of One Direction, we've seen Liam Payne go through all sorts of physical transformations since their first days on 'X Factor.' Over the years, we've seen his hair go from super long to kind of long to really short, and in honor of the 1D member's 19th birthday today, Aug. 29, we want all of you Directioners to weigh in on the adorable singer's best hairdo.

First off, let's get one thing straight -- Liam Payne could have a giant lime green afro and we would still think he's one of the cutest and sweetest guys in show biz. With that being said, we all grew used to seeing Payne with his longer, shaggy hairdo pictured above on the right. It was kind of like Justin Bieber's swoop, but not necessarily as intense as Bieber's signature 'do. It definitely complimented his features and gave the singer a more youthful appearance.

However, nowadays, Danielle Peazer's BF can be seen with a shorter haircut. Liam chopped off a good portion of his hair recently, and now he spikes up the top for a hunkier look that suits his heartthrob status. We'd say his hair is more like Zayn's now, though not as towering as Zayn's ultra hip pompadour. Either way, Liam looks H-A-W-T with his new hair!
