Normally, a brand-new act with just two songs to its credit would not be considered a must-see act in a local club, let alone a major music festival like Ultra. But the rules change when that new act is Dog Blood, a partnership between EDM superstars Skrillex and Boys Noize.

Boys Noize has been big in EDM circles for several years now, and Skrillex has become the face of the electronic music explosion, with his signature dubstep-influenced style breaking through to the mainstream and winning him six Grammys in just two years. Very few fans have gotten a chance to see these two work their magic together on stage, as the side project just performed live for the first time on New Year's Eve.

Skrillex tends to bring a strong visual aspect to his performances, with video screens and light shows serving as important parts of the show. Ultra attendees can probably expect even more of a visual show from Dog Blood, given that Skrillex and Boys Noize are two of the acts behind the new visual and musical project POTATO.
