Things are continuing to get ugly in the war of words between famed record producer Dr. Luke and Kesha.

Months after Kesha filed a lawsuit against Dr. Luke accusing him of sexual assault and battery, Dr. Luke has filed new legal documents claiming that Kesha has lied in the past about various topics.

In new court documents obtained by TMZ, Dr. Luke (real name: Luke Gottwald) claims that Kesha lied about him forcing her to sing 'Die Young' to distance herself from the Sandy Hook tragedy, which took place on Dec. 14, 2012 -- around the time that the song had reached its popularity. Dr. Luke also claims that she lied about him writing the lyrics for the song, claiming that she had proudly took credit for the lyrics before the massacre.

Other anecdotes in the court filing also include a story about Kesha telling people that Mick Jagger was her father, and another incident in which he claims Kesha forcefully locked her mother out of their hotel room without shoes or money.

Since Kesha's lawsuit against Dr. Luke, Kesha's mother, Pebe Shebert, has also filed a lawsuit of her own against Dr. Luke for PTSD, while he has sued her back for defamation.

It appears as if we are far from hearing the end of this story.
