It looks like the Kesha/Dr. Luke drama is getting even messier.

The famed music producer is reportedly now suing Kesha’s mother, Pebe Sebert, claiming that she spread “sexual lies” against him in an effort to get her daughter out of her contract with the producer.

TMZ reports that Dr. Luke alleges that Pebe Sebert tried to get Kesha to break her contract and then convinced her to say that he raped her in an attempt to shame him out of the contract. When that didn’t work, the site claims, Pebe allegedly tried to extort the producer. Luke is reportedly suing Pebe for $75,000 in damages.

As we previously reported, Kesha is suing Dr. Luke for sexual assault and battery, and in turn, Dr. Luke is suing her right back. However, Kesha and her mother both allegedly declared under oath that Dr. Luke never made any sexual advances against Kesha.
