A lot of people -- hip-hop fans, fellow rappers and critics alike -- pile on Drake for being soft, sensitive and, well, an actor on 'Degrassi.' What does he have to say to them?

"It's important for me to let my fans know I really don't care. I'm confident," Drake told MTV. "I love the music I make and the videos I make and the people I associate with and every decision I've ever made."

There will be days when I walk in an arena and people will cheer and then there might be days when I walk in an arena and people might boo, but it all sounds the same to me because it's all just noise that lets me know that I'm relevant," he said, quoting Floyd Mayweather. "I don't get booed. I don't face that. I mean he faces that challenge, but my challenge is more with social media and open opinions and people just feeling like they need to talk."

These detractors may include Pusha T, who allegedly dissed Drake, Lil Wayne and the rest of the Young Money crew on his track 'Exodus 23:1.' Pusha denies taking aim at Drizzy and claims to like the Toronto-bred rapper's songs, but fans aren't too convinced. Weezy responded with a dis track of his own, but Drake hasn't addressed it yet.

In any case, he has enough people behind him for him not to be too bothered by haters anyway. "I don't care about anything else outside of this right here," Drake said from the Toyota Arena, where he performed for fans on his Club Paradise tour. "That other stuff, hiding behind computers and yip-yapping all day on radio stations, it's like that's cool, man, for points and popularity, but at the end of the day, there is still 15,000 people here." Well played, Drake!
