Ed Sheeran Covers Snow Patrol’s ‘Chasing Cars’ [VIDEO]

Ed Sheeran has done some pretty fantastic covers in the past, including putting his own spin on Beyonce's 'Drunk in Love,' Sam Smith's 'Stay With Me' and even 5 Seconds of Summer's 'She Looks So Perfect.' Recently for MTV, the 23-year-old singer from England honored another fellow British act, Snow Patrol, as he covered their 2006, 'Chasing Cars.'

Surrounded by a large group of Sheerios, Sheeran acted as a one-man show for the site as he poured his emotions into the light rock song.

'Chasing Cars' was nominated for Best Rock Song during the 2007 Grammys, and also received a nomination for Best British Single at the 2007 BRiT Awards. The song would later remain on the U.K.'s year-end bestselling single charts each year between 2006 and 2012.
