Whether you love or hate HBO’s Lena Dunham-starring series Girls, you can’t deny that the show has a reputation for turning out some pretty killer soundtracks.

From blasting Robyn‘s pulsating dance-pop anthem “Dancing on My Own” in the first season (giving the song a sales bump a whole two years after its debut) to featuring Icona Pop‘s massive hit “I Love It” early on during Season 2, Girls has proven time and time again of its status as a launching pad for standout indie and pop music.

The latest Girls soundtrack, Vol. 3, was released on Friday (February 19), and once again it’s chock full of great tunes from the likes of Grimes, Bleachers (Jack Antonoff), AURORA, and St. Vincent among others. Also on the album is a new and standout track from British pop princess Ellie Goulding called “Here’s To Us.”

The track starts off as a moody piano ballad, before transforming into a sweeping, emotional synth-pop breakup anthem. An ode to an old flame realizing the mistake he’s made by leaving her, the song is perfectly suited for Goulding’s emotive, smokey-sweet vocals, the songstress cooing, “You’ve fallen on your feet giving everything up / There’s something in the way love is never enough / I see your sorry hand burning down the gun / The war in your mind, it never wants to be won.”

Overall, the production and lyrical content is more reminiscent of Goulding’s folksy synth-pop debut, Lights. Emotionally, it’s a perfect ode to Girls and the on-again, off-again relationships and heart-shattering breakups (Hannah and Adam, anyone?) some of the characters have endured on the series.
