Ellie Goulding's new music video for 'I Know You Care' features the British star singing the moving song, while also offering a preview of Dakota Fanning's movie 'Now Is Good.'

The clip splices shots of Goulding in a cozy room with scenes from the new dramatic film. The 25-year-old singer-songwriter is shown recalling the intricacies of a special relationship, as fans witness the blossoming of a passionate bond between terminally ill Tessa (Fanning) and her neighbor Adam, played by Jeremy Irvine ('War Horse').

According to IMDb, the movie is about a girl dying of leukemia, who "compiles a list of things she'd like to do before passing away. Topping the list is her desire to lose her virginity." Tessa has a lot on her bucket list, but falling in love was not part of the plan.

The sweeping melodies of Goulding's track create a stunning soundscape for the video, which acts as an extended trailer for the film. It's hard not to get misty-eyed while watching the footage, as the song and intense movies scenes are expertly edited to evoke emotion.

'I Know You Care' is from Goulding's sophomore album, 'Halcyon,' and 'Now Is Good' was released in the U.K. last week. An official U.S. release date for the film has not yet been set.
