There is officially an heiress to the Kimmy Schmidt throne, but at least one of the queen's men has mixed feelings.

Ellie Kemper, who plays Netflix's resident naive cult-survivor, has welcomed her first child, a baby boy, with husband Michael Koman. And co-star Tituss Burgess, who was actually the first to report the news via Facebook yesterday (August 1), joked that he's simultaneously elated and irked by the whole event.

"Someone is gonna call her mom. I cannot wrap my head around it. Like she went into labor and pushed someone out. I cant process it," Burgess wrote. "when we spoke about it i laughed..because on the first day of filming i looked her square in the eyes and I said 'bitch..dont get pregnant cause I dont have time for it.' She laughed and said trust i wont...I feel such betrayal and happiness."

Suffice it to say, the man's baby shower invite may be lost in the mail.

Kemper first announced she was expecting on The Tonight Showwhere she shared a story of hiding her pregnancy terribly around the Kimmy Schmidt set. She was supposed to shoot a scene on a roller-coaster, but thought the ride could be a risk to her pregnancy in its early stages. So, she came up with a completely transparent lie.

"We decided, 'Oh, we'll just tell people I have a back injury, and that's why I can't ride the roller-coaster,'" she recalled. "[But] I could not act like I had a back injury...Words escaped me. I'm like, 'I sprained my spine.'"
