If you were one of the millions of 'The Walking Dead' fans who sobbed last night during Beth (Emily Kinney)'s death in the mid-season finale, you're not alone: Emily was right there with you.

In fact, during an interview she gave with TVLine last night (Nov. 30), it was difficult for her to keep her emotions at bay, choking up throughout the interview -- not that we blame her, of course. It's super emotional!

And if you were shocked by Beth's demise, Emily was just as surprised as the viewers.

"I did not see it coming at all, especially this season. It’s weird, because I would’ve been OK with [this happening] in the second season or the third season, when I was like, 'Oh, maybe this character is coming to a close. What else is there to do with her?'" she told TVLine. "But now I feel differently… I feel like there was still so much more to [explore]."

But fortunately for her, Emily is a woman of many talents -- and we witnessed her raw talent firsthand when she visited PopCrush earlier this year, performing 'Julie' from her folksy EP, 'Expired Love,' revealing some childhood secrets and just generally being all-around adorable. You can check out those videos below!

The singer-songwriter appears to be working on some new tunes. She's been posting Instagram photos from the set of a music video (which you can see here and here) and even some sneak peeks from the studio (which can can check out here and here).

While Emily hasn't officially revealed what her next move is, whether it's in the acting world, music world or performing world (have we mentioned that she's also a Broadway vet who starred in 'Spring Awakening'?), we know she'll be crazy successful at whatever her next venture is.
