Eminem, Dr. Dre, and Rihanna turned up the heat for their performance tonight at the 2011 Grammy Awards.

Singing on an elevated stage in the audience, Rihanna opened the performance with her portion of 'Love the Way You Lie.' "Maybe I'm a masochist," she sang in an extended verse, accompanied by Adam Levine of Maroon 5 on piano.

Then Eminem appeared on stage, spitting rhymes with the intensity of the flames on the video screens behind him. He rapped a verse of the Rihanna duet before transitioning into 'I Need a Doctor,' his song with Dr. Dre and Skylar Grey from Dre's long-awaited 'Detox' album.

Grey repeated the line, "Call me a doctor, bring me back to life," until Dre eventually emerged, making his first-ever appearance on a Grammy stage. Both Em and Dre were bleeped out several times as they exchanged verses on the track.

Eminem, the leading nominee tonight with 10 nods, already took home the award for Best Rap Solo Performance for 'Not Afraid,' while Rihanna won Best Dance Recording for 'Only Girl (In the World).'
