Enrique Iglesias has reclaimed his record for most No 1. dance hits, thanks in part to his latest chart-topping club banger, 'Dirty Dancer.'

The song's latest rise to the top of  the Dance/Club Play Songs chart (Aug. 20) marks the pop star's ninth No. 1 and, according to Billboard, puts him ahead of Michael Jackson for the most No. 1 singles among men once again.

Iglesias first claimed the record on Feb. 5, when 'Tonight (I'm Lovin' You)' soared to the top of the chart. The song gave the singer his eighth No. 1 single, surpassing the King of Pop's then-seven No. 1s. However, Jackson scored his eighth No. 1 on June 11 with his posthumous single 'Hollywood Tonight.'

While Iglesias has an impressive number of chart-topping hits, Madonna leads all artists with 40 No. 1 singles on the Dance/Club Play chart. Janet Jackson comes in right behind Madge with 19. Still, the 36-year-old Latin star has had 15 hits break the Top 10 on the chart, including  1999's No. 1 'Bailamos,' 2001's 'Hero' and last year's 'I Like It.'

'Dirty Dancer' is Iglesias' collaboration with Usher and Lil Wayne, who appear in the sizzling hot video for the song. The single gives Usher his first No. 1 on the chart and Wayne his third.
