On 'American Idol' tonight, Season Three winner Fantasia Barrino debuted her smoldering new single, 'Collard Greens and Corn Bread,' a doo-wop inspired number from her new album, 'Back to Me.'

Fantasia looked the part of an old school, seductive '50s vocal temptress, dressed from head to toe in a curve-hugging red dress with a slit up to here and sporting a big curl perched atop of her head. She even slipped a little 'Steven, I love you' to judge Steven Tyler before belting out the final note. You'd think it was 2004 all over again, with Fantasia still a contestant trying to win the judge's favor, instead of the Grammy-winning star that she is now!

Chatting with Ryan Seacrest post-performance, Fantasia offered her advice to the contestants, in her signature baby-doll voice. "This business, it's a tough business, so you have to love what you do," the singer said. She also told the hopefuls to "keep good people with you, people who will tell you 'no' and not tell you 'yes' just because. The first love is the music for me. It's not always peaches and cream and it's not always good, but you can do it."
