While tons of her pop diva counterparts have been experimenting with rainbow dyes, hairdo dare devil Miley Cyrus has been busy with the scissors. Since April 2011, 20-year-old Cyrus has donned six different hairstyles (that's more than some people have over a lifetime!), with her most recent being a short blonde buzz cut.

At a Borgore show on Dec. 8, 2012, Cyrus appeared as the special guest looking very Mia Farrow with an extremely short buzzed 'do. Her sheared, 'G.I. Jane'-esque hair might have shocked us a bit, but this was nothing compared to when Cyrus debuted her new former cropped hairdo on Twitter back in August.

The 'Party in the U.S.A.' singer was feeling adventurous with her hairdresser one day, and she opted to cut all of her hair off into a floppy-on-top, mohawk style and to bleach her hair totally blond. It was a bold move for the then teenager, but she proved that she could rock short hair with the best of them when she stepped out wearing a sky-high mohawk at the 2012 VMAs and a chic, more natural, pixie style at a 2012 City of Hope event.

Prior to her chop job in August 2012, Ms. Miley could be seen hitting the town with longer, blondish-brown locks. Above, you can see Cyrus at 'The Hunger Games' premiere with shoulder-length, ombre-colored curls, while she also wore a longer version of this honey blondish color swept to one side at the 2012 People's Choice Awards. Finally, you can see Cyrus at the 2011 Kids' Choice Awards with the waist-skimming, reddish-brown, boho locks that her 'Hannah Montana' fans fell in love with.
