Fifth Harmony completely dazzled at the 2016 Billboard Women in Music Awards on Friday, December 9, when the beloved girl group made a surprise appearance to perform Meghan Trainor's hit single, "Like I'm Gonna Lose You."

Though honored as the Billboard Women in Music Chart Topper of the Year, doctor's orders for mandatory vocal rest kept Trainor from attending the empowering event, where she was expected to accept her award as well as perform live.

Instead, Fifth Harmony, the Billboard Women in Music Group of the Year, swooped in to pay tribute to Trainor with a gorgeous acoustic cover of "Like I'm Gonna Lose You."

The group sparkled through their rendition of the emotional, romantic pop ballad, putting their own vibey R&B spin on the tune thanks to their stunning harmonizing.

"Thank for being an inspiration to us all," Fifth Harmony member Dinah Jane Hansen gushed after performing. "We love you!"
