The ladies of 5H graced Live With Kelly and Michael with their presence on Monday morning (April 13), and it seems that we have misplaced our chill somewhere in the middle of watching them kill their performance of "Worth It."

While this song has seriously been our freaking jam ever since the girls first dropped it, it's like no matter how many times we hear it we'll never get sick of it (probs because the beat is insanely addictive and the 5H ladies bring it every time). And their performance on Kelly and Michael was no exception, as Camila, Lauren, Normani, Ally Brooke and Dinah — donning coordinating black and white ensembles, obvs — showed off their killer dance moves while simultaneously belting out the empowering song. (Seriously, not only do the ladies have the vocal talent, we're forever becoming more and more impressed with their dance skills.) Werk it, 5H. WERK.
