Florence Welch sports a fresh spring look on the cover of Q Magazine’s March issue. The Florence + the Machine frontwoman surrounds her green eyes with bright blue shadow for all to see — a nice change from barely there or bare — and it’s got us aching for blue skies and green grass.

The British periodical only teases what’s inside, telling readers that Welch is actually a “woman on the edge.” To pull us in, they chose one very telling quote from the singer, “I feel so alone,” which indeed does have us captivated.

FaTM have only been growing in fame since last year, and this kind of exposure will continue to help them skyrocket — not that the U.K. doesn’t already have the group on the radar. The band is English, so they got their start and found their first glimpse of fame over the pond. We totally appreciate the U.K. sharing them with us here in the States, however!

The March issue of Q Magazine hits newsstands on Jan. 31.
