If you have any experience with the frigid cold weather that's been plaguing certain parts of the United States lately (and the world, probably), then you're probably totally over it by now. If you're from the town Harlan in Kentucky then odds are good you're definitely over it by now. According to WCHS, the police department in Harlan is so done with the freezing cold weather they're experiencing that they've issued a warrant for the arrest of Queen Elsa -- yes, you read that correctly. Elsa, the star of the insanely popular Disney film Frozen, is on the receiving end of a joke arrest warrant.

The police announced said warrant via Facebook, writing (quote via WCHS), "Suspect is a blonde female last seen wearing a long blue dress and is known to burst into song `Let it Go!' As you can see by the weather she is very dangerous."

In case you have somehow avoided the movie over the past year and a half don't know the premise of Frozen, we'll break it down for you. Elsa has magical powers that allow her to produce ice, sleet and snow whenever she wants. Unfortunately, this backfires and causes her to hurt her sister, Anna, so she suppresses her powers and tries to hide them. Eventually, Elsa's powers are revealed at an inopportune time, causing her to unknowingly unleash a permanent winter storm on the entire kingdom. She banishes herself to a life of solitude in a palace made of ice. More things happen from there, but just knowing that backstory will make sense of the decision of the Harlan police department.

What do you guys think? Would you arrest Elsa if it meant ending this painful winter? Does the Harlan police department have a point?
