Is it possible to make Rihanna, who once famously professed "Sex in the air, I don't care, I love the smell of it," even sexier? One man will try his damndest to find out.

EDM legend Giorgio Moroder, who's written hits for Donna Summer, Kylie Minogue and Britney Spears, to name a few, counted down some of his favorite tracks in an interview with US Weekly that was published today (June 12), and while reflecting on his personal history with Summer's "Love To Love You Baby," he insisted Riri could have knocked it out of the park.

"Beyonce did a short version of it in ‘Naughty Girl,’ but I think the girl who could really deliver it is Rihanna," he noted. "She is so sexy, and if she ever asks me to write a sex song that may be different, maybe not with moaning, but a different style, I am more than happy to do it. She’d be perfect for a real sex song.”

And though Moroder's Rolodex includes the tip-top cream of the crop, he said there's at least one ideal current collaborator he's yet to nail down.

"[Lady Gaga] is one of those absolute great performers," he gushed. "She’s not only a great singer, she writes lyrics, co-writes the songs, she plays piano live, sings, dances. She is one lady who I definitely would love to work with."

Happily, it may already be in the works: “I’m talking to Lady Gaga right now,” Moroder said. “She wanted me to help her out and work with her on some material for her album.” Here's hoping the pair manages to make it happen soon.

So, which other hits made Moroder's short list of favorites, and which performer does he sometimes struggle to understand? Check out the full interview.
